All linens, including sheets, towels, table clothes are provided by the owner. All such, as well as furniture and all other furnishings are of high standard, and the cleaning for 4 hours a day and for 5 days a week.
Electric power consumption is included except for the air-conditioning and heat power; this last consumption will be paid by the guests according to the final lecture of the meter.
The cost of the final cleaning at the departure will be of Euro 150.

Prices per week, from Saturday to Saturday.

The caution money is of euro 500 to be paid as bank draft at guests arrival.

The house has two TV with decoder, telephone line with internet connection.

It is possible to book with us for a cook at Villa Malaspina, and waiters if necessary. You can request a cook for your everyday meal, or for special occasions. In both cases contact us 24 hours before.
